It’s simple: after our intro call, our designer will start working on your homepage, which will take around a week. Once it’s finished, we will catch up with you again, and if you like what you see, that’s when we transact. Afterwards, the development continues until completion.
It could be that you’re looking for something simpler, like a single-page website, or, on the contrary, more features and functionality than are provided in the package. If that’s the case, you can reach out to us, and we will send you an updated quote.
Yes, there is. Sometimes you may need help with something on your website, and that’s totally understandable.
For that reason, we offer a helping hand and advice at no cost.
Our websites are built on top of WordPress, which is the most common and well-known website engine out there (40% of all websites are built on top of WordPress), so getting any sort of help is super easy by just searching for it online.
However, if you’re looking for a reliable website maintenance and support service that’s available 24/7 and capable of fixing any problem that you may encounter, then our monthly service fees start at $79 per month. This service is not obligatory.
In most cases, it takes a single month from our first call to a finished website. Times may vary depending on the number of adjustments we need to make to the end result upon your request.
It’s understandable, and we won’t try to force you into anything. If what you see is not what you were expecting, we will part ways with you – no fees or obligations. But if you feel that some minor adjustments would make it just right, we’ll gladly include them and proceed with you!
There are no extra fees or obligations for what we provide. The only additional costs you may encounter are hosting and domain services, which are a must for any website and together cost anywhere from $5 to $50 per month. If you don’t already have these set up, rest assured knowing that we’ll help you find the most suitable option for your needs and set it up for you.
Yes, there is. If you feel that as the development continues, you’ve been misled and we are not able to deliver what was promised, you may ask for a refund, and we will fully reimburse you for 30 days after the first transaction, but not after the website’s ownership has been transferred to you.
P.S. Before we transfer the website to you, you will have full access to the website’s dashboard, as we will guide you through how to use it.
